About this Apprenticeship
Whether customer service, merchandise management or understanding figures, you will become an all-rounder in the store. During your three-year apprenticeship, you will learn to keep an overview, take responsibility and actively help shape the store.
What You'll Learn
- Daily operations and merchandise: Learn about the flow of goods from purchasing and storage to sales
- Sales floor design: Arrange counters and shelves to promote sales and help plan the product range
- Hygiene and cleanliness: Observe and monitor hygiene regulations throughout the store
- Customer advice: Support customers with expertise, friendliness and commitment
- Checkout and analysis: Work at the checkout, handle reconciliations and gain insight into sales data analysis
Requirements
- At least a lower secondary school certificate
- Enjoyment of fresh food and a varied product range
- Interest in understanding how retail works economically
- Motivation and commitment to contribute, take responsibility and grow
