About this Apprenticeship
Trainee program for deputy store management as junior store management in multiple stores with a duration of 15 months up to a maximum of 3 years
What You'll Learn
- Active support of store management and assumption of first leadership tasks
- Analysis and optimization of store KPIs in cooperation with the store leadership team
- Creation of personnel deployment planning and coordination of inventory measures
- Familiarization with various store structures and processes
- Participation in daily business, e.g. in inventory management and goods stocking
- Cashier activities and cash reconciliation
Requirements
- Completed apprenticeship, e.g. as salesperson or retail management assistant (m/f/d)
- First professional experience in a leadership position
- Willingness to work in operational store business
- High willingness to learn, quick comprehension and reliability
- Enthusiasm for leadership tasks, flexibility and organizational talent
- Career changers, e.g. from gastronomy or hospitality, are welcome
