About this Apprenticeship
ALDI SÜD offers a trainee programme for future deputy store managers across several stores. The programme lasts from 15 months to a maximum of 3 years and prepares participants for store operations and leadership duties.
What You'll Learn
- Actively support the store manager and take on initial leadership duties
- Analyse and improve store performance figures together with the store management team
- Prepare staff schedules and coordinate stocktakes
- Learn about different store structures and processes
- Help with daily operations, for example inventory management and shelf stocking
- Operate the checkout and balance the till
Requirements
- Completed vocational training, for example as a sales assistant or retail salesperson
- Some professional experience in a leadership position
- Willingness to take an active role in daily store operations
- Strong willingness to learn, ability to understand new things quickly and reliability
- Enthusiasm for leadership duties, flexibility and organisational skills
- Career changers, for example from catering or hospitality, are welcome
