About this Apprenticeship
ALDI SÜD offers a trainee programme for future deputy store managers across several stores. The programme lasts from 15 months to a maximum of 3 years and covers store operations, staff development and team management.
What You'll Learn
- Actively support store management and take on initial leadership tasks
- Analyse and improve store performance figures together with the store management team
- Prepare staff schedules and coordinate stocktaking
- Learn about different store structures and processes
- Help with daily operations, such as stock management and shelf replenishment
- Operate the checkout and balance the till
Requirements
- Completed vocational training, for example as a sales assistant or retail specialist
- Some work experience in a leadership role
- Willingness to take an active part in daily store operations
- Strong willingness to learn, ability to understand things quickly and reliability
- Enthusiasm for leadership tasks, flexibility and organisational skills
- Career changers, for example from restaurants or hotels, are welcome
