What You'll Learn
- Actively supporting the store manager and taking on first leadership tasks
- Analyzing and optimizing store KPIs together with the store leadership team
- Creating staff schedules and coordinating inventory measures
- Getting to know different store structures and processes
- Helping with daily business, e.g. stock management and shelf stocking
- Cashier work and cash settlement
Requirements
- Completed vocational training, e.g. as a salesperson or retail clerk (m/f/d)
- First professional experience in a leadership position
- Willingness to work in day-to-day store operations
- High willingness to learn, quick comprehension and reliability
- Enthusiasm for leadership tasks, flexibility and organizational talent
- Career changers, e.g. from gastronomy or hospitality, are welcome
