Elderly Care Assistant

An elderly care assistant role at Seniorenzentrum St. Barbara in Koblenz. You will support care that addresses each person's needs and helps them stay active, working with qualified staff, service providers and trusted contacts.

• Help provide care that addresses each person's needs and helps them stay active.
• Work constructively with all departments in the facility.
• Work with qualified staff and service providers.
• Maintain contact with residents' trusted contacts and guardians.

• A completed one-year qualification as an elderly care assistant or healthcare and nursing assistant.
• Some initial work experience is preferred.
• Professional conduct with patients, relatives and colleagues.
• A sense of responsibility, empathy, understanding and an organised approach to work.
