Apprenticeship as an Office Management Clerk 2027

This dual apprenticeship covers commercial control and accounting, client management, patient administration, cost and performance accounting, and human resources. The theoretical training takes place two days per week at the Geilenkirchen vocational college.

In commercial control and accounting: recording business transactions, supporting period-end closing work, calculating costs, and allocating services. In human resources: preparing job advertisements and selection procedures, preparing employment contracts, and managing personnel files.

Completed advanced technical college entrance qualification, ideally in business and administration, or a general university entrance qualification from a business-focused secondary school. A general university entrance qualification is also accepted; commercial school internships are desirable but not required. Organizational ability, a structured and independent working style, teamwork, and open, confident communication are expected.

Training pay of €1,368.26 in the first year, €1,418.20 in the second year, and €1,464.02 in the third year under the current AVR Caritas agreement; Christmas bonus, holiday allowance, and occupational pension plan; experienced training coordinators, exchange with other apprentices, and cooperation with Geilenkirchen vocational college; career prospects after training; supportive learning environment and positive workplace atmosphere.
