Electrical technician for energy and building automation

Alexianer Infrastruktur GmbH is looking for a full-time electrical technician for energy and building automation in the energy management department at St. Hedwig Hospital in Berlin-Mitte. You will support energy efficiency measures, building automation and the introduction of an energy management system across the Alexianer group.

• Coordinate and support the implementation of energy efficiency measures across the group
• Automate and control building systems
• Record and monitor energy consumption data
• Digitise buildings and introduce central control
• Support the introduction of an energy management system under DIN EN ISO 50001
• Integrate energy systems and sources
• Maintain an energy management cloud system

• Completed vocational training as an electronics technician, mechatronics technician or a comparable qualification
• Desirable: additional training as a state-certified electrical technician or master craftsperson
• Experience putting software applications into operation using macros for standard applications in measurement, control and regulation technology or building automation systems
• Knowledge of equipment technology, how heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems work, and technical documentation
• Confident use of common MS Office programs
• Knowledge of automation technology using PLC/PC and fieldbus systems, with experience programming DDC/PLC systems
• Personal commitment, reliability and ability to work in a team
• Interest in actively improving and shaping processes
• Willingness to travel and a category B driving licence
