Become part of our team at the centrally located Clemens-Wallrath-Haus of Alexianer Münster GmbH. Full-time, 39 hours/week, permanent. The house hosts the psychiatric outpatient clinic with a focus on older people.

• Appointment management: Planning, coordinating and monitoring appointments
• Organization: Preparing meetings, staff briefings and events
• Secretarial tasks: Support with all administrative and organizational activities
• Cooperation: Close coordination with physicians, psychologists (m/f/d) and other professional groups
• Patient contact: Friendly and service-oriented care of patients and their relatives (m/f/d)

• Communication: Good communication skills and confident written expression
• IT skills: Confident use of modern office technology and common MS Office applications
• Personality: Friendly manner, organizational skill and empathy
• Working style: Reliability, flexibility, resilience and a high degree of discretion and integrity
• Qualification: Completed training as a medical assistant, healthcare clerk (m/f/d) or comparable qualification
