About this Apprenticeship
Alexianer ViaNobis is seeking a qualified support worker or nurse for night shifts in the Hubertus group in Gangelt. This 50% position supports people with disabilities and challenging behaviour.
What You'll Learn
- Support residents in the evening and at night according to their individual support plans
- Guide residents and provide personal care on their behalf during evening and night hours
- Maintain resident records
- Provide reliable shift handovers
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in disability support, early childhood education, nursing or family care
- Previous professional experience working with people with intellectual disabilities is desirable
- Willingness to work night shifts between 8 pm and 6 am
- A goal focused approach that builds on people's strengths, along with assertiveness, reliability and teamwork
