Educational Specialist, Nursing Specialist - Intensive Educational Support

To expand the multi-professional team, an educational or nursing specialist is sought for intensive educational support of individual clients at the Gangelt site, on a marginal basis (€603 job) or up to 25% of full hours.

• Close, needs-based support of individual clients within integration assistance
• Client- or resident-centered conversations as well as crisis and conflict interventions according to PART ©
• Individual promotion of independence and development of realistic goals according to BEI_NRW
• Planning and supporting individual leisure and participation activities and motivating participation
• Coordinating and instructing specialist for medical nursing tasks
• Work Monday to Friday between 9:30 and 12:00 and/or 15:00 and 17:00

• Completed degree in social work or social pedagogy, or completed training in special needs education, as an educator, nursing specialist or family caregiver
• Ideally already professional experience working with people with intellectual disabilities
• Goal-oriented and resource-oriented work, plus assertiveness, reliability and teamwork skills
