Care professional in senior care at Haus Thomas of Alexianer Münster GmbH, with primary nursing, a multiprofessional team and a family atmosphere. Haus Thomas is home to 54 residents.

• Individual care: carrying out and documenting care measures based on the wishes and needs of residents
• Daily life and support: actively shaping the daily routine and accompanying residents on internal and external activities to improve quality of life and promote self-determination
• Primary nursing: responsibility for a fixed group of residents to build a trusting relationship and implement individual care concepts
• Teamwork: close exchange in the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care goals and measures
• Quality assurance: proper documentation of all care-relevant data and ensuring quality standards

• Completed training as a health and nurse, geriatric nurse or nurse (m/f/d)
• Experience with people with mental or psychological illnesses is desirable but not required
• Empathy and appreciation when dealing with people in need of care
• Teamwork and reliability in a family working environment
• High emotional strength and resilience
• Initiative and enjoyment of the work
