Procurement Specialist for Planning and Construction Services

Full-time position at Alexianer GmbH in Berlin in office, administration and clerical work: managing and carrying out procurement procedures for planning and construction services.

• Managing and carrying out procurement procedures for planning and construction services under VgV, GWB, UVgO and VOB/A
• Checking and ensuring compliance with procurement rules, especially in the context of public funding and grants
• Advising internal departments on procurement and funding law requirements
• Publishing tenders, reviewing bids and procurement documentation
• Communicating with funding providers and ensuring funds are used in compliance with the rules
• Optimizing internal procurement processes and working with legal advisors

• Completed degree in civil engineering, architecture, industrial engineering, public administration or law – alternatively a comparable qualification
• Sound knowledge of procurement and funding law and experience in public procurement
• Experience in tendering and awarding planning and construction services
• Structured, solution-oriented way of working with a strong sense of responsibility
• Confident use of procurement platforms and tendering tools
• High commitment, team spirit and social skills
