Dual Study Program for a Bachelor of Arts (Business Administration/Insurance)

During the three-year dual study program, theory and practical phases alternate. You will earn a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Insurance and gain experience at an Allianz agency, with customers and in projects.

• Alternating theory and practical phases during the dual study program
• Applying what you learn in practice as a sales representative at an Allianz agency
• Working on different projects and learning about the company and its processes
• Working at the agency or at customers' locations with mobile access to Allianz advisory software
• Working closely with the agency owner and the responsible manager
• Learning about sales, products and technology from trainers

• General or subject-specific university entrance qualification and initial practical experience
• Personal, social and methodological soft skills
• Ability to listen, act proactively and responsibly, and enthusiasm for sales
