In your apprenticeship we make you a sought-after expert for insurance and financial questions. You learn everything about insurance and financial assets in cross-location training sessions and at vocational school. In the branch office you take over personal and telephone advice for the contract matters of our customers. You determine the exact insurance needs of our customers and develop tailored concepts. You successfully conclude contracts and ensure that our customers are fully covered. You take over appointment management and work closely and cooperatively with our field service employees.

You have an intermediate school leaving certificate, the (technical) university entrance qualification or a comparable degree. You possess German language skills at least at C1 level. You are interested in insurance topics and want to prove your sales talent. You always think and act in a customer-oriented manner. You appear friendly, confident and reliable when dealing with customers. You score with powers of persuasion and assertiveness. You are motivated by shared success experiences in the team, with honest and respectful exchange being a matter of course for you.
