You'll learn everything about insurance and financial investments in cross-location training sessions and at vocational school. In the branch office, you'll handle personal and telephone consulting for our customers' contract matters. You'll determine the exact insurance needs of our customers and develop tailored concepts. You'll successfully conclude contracts and ensure our customers are fully covered. You'll manage appointments and work closely and cooperatively with our field service employees.

You have an intermediate school-leaving certificate (Mittlere Reife), a (subject-specific) university entrance qualification (Abitur), or a comparable qualification. You possess German language skills at least at C1 level. You're interested in insurance topics and want to prove your sales talent. You always think and act in a customer-oriented manner. You interact with customers in a friendly, confident, and reliable way. You score with powers of persuasion and assertiveness. You're motivated by shared team successes, with honest and respectful exchange being a matter of course for you.

From day one, you know what you'll earn – the salary is transparently regulated by the collective agreement: 1st apprenticeship year: €1,455, 2nd apprenticeship year: €1,532, 3rd apprenticeship year: €1,620.
