Your apprenticeship: From the first day, you are part of the team and actively in customer contact (in the branch and by phone). You advise customers e.g. on loans and financial provision and offer them suitable products. We teach you practically everything important for your tasks with us. You have at least a secondary school diploma (Realschulabschluss) at the start of the apprenticeship. Since you have customer contact from the start of the apprenticeship, we recommend a very good level of German (C2 or native speaker level). You are open-minded and enjoy contact with people. Customer satisfaction is your top priority. Long-term, many doors are open to you with us, for example as a branch manager.

Apprenticeship in full-time or part-time possible. Please indicate in your application if you want to do a part-time apprenticeship. The apprenticeship lasts 2.5 years (in full-time). You receive €1,400 in the 1st year, €1,470 in the 2nd year, and €1,550 in the 3rd year (pro-rata for part-time). You have 30 days of vacation per year (pro-rata for part-time). Your vocational school is usually located at your apprenticeship branch location. You receive an education grant (e.g. for a tablet to use our digital learning offer).
