You advise customers e.g. on loans and financial provision and offer them suitable products. We teach you practically everything important for your tasks with us. You have at least a secondary school leaving certificate (Realschulabschluss) at the start of your apprenticeship. Since you have direct customer contact from the start of your apprenticeship, we recommend a very good level of German (C2 or native speaker level). You are open-minded and enjoy contact with people. Customer satisfaction is your top priority. In the long term, many doors are open to you with us, for example as a branch manager.

Apprenticeship in full-time or part-time possible. Please indicate in your application if you would like to do a part-time apprenticeship. The apprenticeship lasts 2.5 years (in full-time). You receive €1,400 in the 1st year, €1,470 in the 2nd year and €1,550 in the 3rd year (pro-rata for part-time). You have 30 days vacation per year (pro-rata for part-time). Your vocational school is usually located at your apprenticeship branch location. You receive an education grant (e.g. for a tablet to use our digital learning offer).
