From day one you are part of the team and actively in customer contact (in the branch and by phone). You advise customers on loans and financial provision, for example, and offer them suitable products. We teach you practically everything important for your tasks with us. Your trainers are always at your side. You take part in digital training courses and seminars in our academy.

You have at least an intermediate secondary school leaving certificate (Realschulabschluss) at the start of the apprenticeship. Since you have direct customer contact from the start of the apprenticeship, we recommend a very good level of German (C2 or native speaker level). You are open-minded and enjoy contact with people. Customer satisfaction is your top priority.

Apprenticeship possible full-time or part-time. The apprenticeship lasts 2.5 years (full-time). You receive €1,400 in the 1st year, €1,470 in the 2nd year and €1,550 in the 3rd year (pro rata for part-time). You have 30 days' holiday per year (pro rata for part-time). Your vocational school is usually located at the site of your training branch. You receive an education grant (e.g. for a tablet to use our digital learning offer).
