• Independently advise (wealthy) private and business customers on life insurance and retirement provision
• Mostly present in bank branches, teaching bank advisers sales approaches, expertise and methods
• Independent portfolio work to expand customer relationships and support bank advisers in handing over customers
• Expand your sales area through cross- and up-selling and hand over health or property insurance questions to colleagues

• Completed field-service training (IHK expertise exam) or comparable training, e.g. BWV certificate, insurance clerk or insurance specialist
• Specialist training and several years of experience in life insurance and retirement provision
• Experience in insurance sales and very high customer orientation
• You quickly win people over and enjoy exchanging with others
• Goal-oriented entrepreneurial thinking and acting
• Great initiative and commitment in completing your to-dos
• Very good Microsoft Office skills and desire to keep developing
• You like working on site and don't mind longer trips to bank branches or customers
