Intern in Investment Analytics and Sustainability

For its Stuttgart location, Allianz is looking for an intern. In the Investment Management Life/Health Germany team, responsible for the investment strategy of the German life and health insurance portfolios, you get to know the investment process of Allianz Investment Management SE and gain insight into the structures of the investment portfolios of different companies. You are trained on systems such as Bloomberg and EIKON and can gain knowledge of VBA programming and Power BI. Start date: 01.01.2027.

• Process optimization with the help of AI tools
• Portfolio and performance analyses
• Analyses of global financial markets and macroeconomic developments
• Investment and risk controlling
• Analysis of sustainability data

• Enjoy working with numbers
• Interest in capital markets and/or in automation and AI implementation
• Confident use of MS Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word)
• Knowledge of effective prompting and use of AI tools
• Experience in macro programming with VBA or Python or with Power BI is an advantage
• Good written and spoken English
• Enjoy teamwork
• Openness to creative and innovative solutions and enjoyment of working with forward-looking technologies such as artificial intelligence or internal ChatGPT
