Working Student - Event Management at WoMen@Allianz

Welcome to Allianz The WoMen@Allianz network was founded in 2014 to originally give women in sales a voice. The focus of WoMen@Allianz events is on exchange, developing new ideas and concepts, and supporting each other. The focus is on topics and trends such as digitalization, sustainability, female finance, mental health, work-life balance, or new work. Two WoMen@Allianz events take place each year, as well as further events in cooperation with internal Allianz networks or other companies. We are looking for a committed working student (m/f/d) to support our network and drive forward the network's initiatives and goals together with us.

• Creatively help shape event concepts
• Support the organization of networking events, workshops and seminars
• Communicate with and maintain the network on internal and external platforms
• Research and create engaging content for talks
• Support the creation of reports and presentations

• In the final phase of a bachelor's or in a master's program, ideally communication science, economics, business administration, or a focus on event management
• Ideally first practical experience in event management
• Great passion for inspiring enthusiasm in people
• High level of personal responsibility, conscientiousness and reliability
• Structured way of working, eye for the big picture, strengths in organization and communication
• Very confident use of MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
• Excellent spoken and written German (at least C1 level), English skills desirable
• Openness to creative and innovative solutions and enjoyment of forward-looking technologies such as artificial intelligence or internal ChatGPT
