Working Student - Allianz Consulting - Platform Strategy & Management

• Support the team in delivering internal and/or client projects that focus on IT transformation, including Target Operating Model (TOM) design, AI-enabled platform transformation, and IT Service Management, as well as process optimization and productivity gains through automation and AI
• Work on assignments under the guidance of an Engagement Manager or team member, being mindful of deadlines and deliverables, troubleshooting problems, and all other relevant aspects of the assignments
• Assist the team in the ideation process within areas needing concrete measures for implementation and improvements
• Contribute to internal initiatives within Allianz Consulting, including knowledge sharing, and team events organization

• Enrollment in a German University for the whole duration of the contract
• Your excellent command of English and high proficiency in German (C1+, ideally fluent)
• An affinity for solving problems and a pronounced capacity for analytical thinking
• Your desire to make a difference and your willingness to be coached
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
• Your previously acquired skills in PowerPoint and Excel (can perform complex functions)
• Your curiosity for or knowledge of insurance and financial services and project or change management tools and techniques
• Previous experience in IT transformation, project management methodologies, Allianz internal systems (e.g., ABS), or system development lifecycle topics is desired
• Previous experience or understanding of IT transformation, including Target Operating Model (TOM) design, AI-enabled platform transformation, and IT Service Management, as well as process optimization and productivity gains through automation and AI
• Basic understanding of AI frameworks and the ability to utilize AI tools in everyday tasks. Interest in supporting clients in adopting AI for successful business transformation.
• You can start in January/February 2027 and are interested in a working student position for 6 months- part time (16-20 h/week)
