Working Student - HR Legal at the Unterföhring near Munich site

Our HR Legal team advises Allianz Technology SE on a wide range of individual and collective employment-law matters. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a working student from November for at least six months, ideally for 20 hours per week. As part of our team, you will work closely with experienced employment lawyers, gain practical insights into the legal work of an international group and actively contribute to current questions and projects from day one.

• You research varied questions on individual and collective labour law and prepare your results for the team in a practical way.
• You support the team on current labour law projects and help create concise legal decision papers.
• You help with the professional formatting and careful proofreading of legal documents and gain direct insight into our advisory practice.
• You actively help manage our works agreements: you check that they are up to date, coordinate with the responsible departments, prepare the termination of outdated agreements where needed and support the signing process for new agreements.
• You coordinate appointments with our works council bodies, help prepare and follow up their content and take the minutes.
• You run the invoice process independently and ensure it is handled reliably and efficiently.

• You study law and ideally already have some knowledge of labour law.
• You present information clearly, in a structured way and suited to the audience, and create appealing PowerPoint presentations.
• You have very good German and English skills and handle legal texts confidently in both languages.
• You work independently and with great care, communicate confidently and enjoy being part of a friendly team.
• You are confident with common Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
• You have a basic understanding of AI technologies and principles and their practical uses.
• Enrolment at a university is required
• Proof of enrolment and, for non-EU citizens, a work and residence permit must be available when you apply
