As an all-rounder, you plan meetings and take care of organizational tasks, maintain correspondence, answer inquiries and communicate internally and externally with colleagues and customers. In addition, you create reports and minutes and take over the documentation of work processes. In the area of customer service, you will answer phone calls, respond to customer inquiries and take care of customer support. You see - many exciting tasks and always new challenges. Full power ahead: With turbo mode you can shorten the 3-year apprenticeship to 2.5 years.
