As a Management Assistant in Healthcare (m/f/d) you will learn in our service centers: Exciting specialist tasks: You will get to know the core areas of our work – from billing health services to receivables management and processing benefit applications. Communication at eye level: You develop your advisory and communication skills – whether in direct support of policyholders or in exchange with service providers (such as doctors or hospitals). Taking responsibility: In a modern working environment you work independently on organizational tasks and learn how to coordinate projects in administration. Targeted further training: We accompany you intensively on your path. Besides vocational school, you benefit from our own HR Academy in Grevenbroich to develop into a specialist in your field.

Your school leaving certificate is the Fachoberschulreife (intermediate secondary school qualification) or the (subject-specific) Abitur (university entrance qualification) and you have achieved good academic performance, especially in Maths and German. Remuneration: Your work is valued – we offer you an above-average apprenticeship salary of over 1,300 EUR from the first apprenticeship year according to collective agreement, holiday and Christmas bonuses, a company pension scheme and additional capital-forming benefits.
