Apprenticeship as a Service Specialist for Dialogue Marketing

Apprenticeship in the customer management service center of AOK Rheinland/Hamburg, with tasks in sales telephone operations, cancellation, address and acquisition management, and bonus accounting.

Proactive customer contact by telephone, email and chat. Advising customers and supporting acquisition by presenting the benefits of AOK Rheinland/Hamburg. Learning sales processes, social security law and how theory is applied in practice. Working with modern communication and CRM systems. Taking part in seminars and learning about AOK's range of services.

A qualified school-leaving certificate with good grades, especially in mathematics and German. Openness, a service-oriented approach, teamwork, commitment, independence, enjoyment of telephone customer contact, communication skills, dedication, a sense of responsibility, resilience, negotiating ability, excellent verbal expression, quick comprehension and willingness to travel.
