About this Apprenticeship
Pro Projekte GmbH & Co. KG plans and manages the construction of new production sites for Schwarz Produktion, as well as their conversion or integration. Support is sought for the Düsseldorf location as Project Manager Electrical Engineering / Building Services. Permanent position, 40 hours per week, available immediately.
What You'll Learn
- Project management and control of various sub-projects in building services with a focus on electrical engineering, utility engineering or HVAC
- Developing and defining the basic technical requirements of these projects and preparing requirement specifications
- Regular monitoring of the defined project goals regarding costs, deadlines and quality
- Controlling the commissioned service providers and executing companies in project handling
- Negotiating and coordinating with all relevant interfaces as well as service providers and authorities
- First point of contact for suppliers and service providers, including on-site implementation control
- Reviewing the technical revision documents after the work is completed
Requirements
- Completed degree in building services engineering (electrical engineering / HVAC / utility engineering)
- Relevant professional experience as a project manager in electrical engineering and knowledge of the HOAI
- A plus, not a must: first experience in the food industry
- A good understanding of connections across sub-projects
- Confident use of MS Office applications, ideally knowledge of CAD and BIM applications
- English skills (at least B1) as well as a class B driver's license and willingness to travel
