As an employee (all genders) in part-time (15h or 20h per week) you are part of our Fashion Service Team, which creates the perfect shopping experience for our customers with a good overview and attention to detail.

• You greet our customers with a smile, are helpful and have a positive attitude. Through your service and positive charisma, customers look forward to their next visit with us.
• You are responsible both on the sales floor and in the fitting area for ensuring that our customers always find a well-sorted and attractive store that invites shopping.
• You handle all our checkout processes professionally and efficiently, process complaints and returns in a flash and ensure a great shopping experience as the customers' last impression.
• You identify with Zalando and our corporate goal of making the world more sustainable.

• You have experience in retail or in dealing with customers? Wonderful. However, this is not a must.
• You can express yourself well in German and inspire with a positive appearance.
• You are a true team player and stand by your colleagues at all times.
