Coordinator SHK & Private Label

To strengthen the Customer Service Center team at the European headquarters in Münster, we are looking for a Coordinator SHK & Private Label (m/f/d) at the earliest possible date. As an important interface between the Customer Service Center, sales organization and other departments, you ensure smooth cooperation and professional customer support.

• Handling customer inquiries about product range, prices, discounts, terms, sales channels and sources of supply
• Creating and coordinating offers for standard products, custom products, project business and individual customer agreements in close cooperation with sales
• Ensuring correct and timely maintenance of prices and terms in SAP
• Professional written and telephone communication with internal and external customers in German and English
• Preparing documents for customer negotiations and annual talks in coordination with the sales organization
• Confirming customer bonuses and rebates, including maintaining the relevant agreements and ensuring correct and timely billing
• Calculating purchase and resale price lists as well as carrying out margin calculations and competitor comparisons
• Supporting the planning and evaluation of sales promotion measures in cooperation with field sales and sales management
• Creating sales statistics as well as customer, product and market analyses
• Preparing product-relevant data in various formats for electronic data exchange with customers
• Maintaining customer master data and complete, proper documentation of relevant business transactions
• Ensuring telephone availability together with the team during defined service hours

• Completed commercial vocational training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), wholesale and foreign trade clerk (m/f/d) or comparable qualification; an additional job-related qualification is an advantage
• At least 5 years of professional experience in inside sales
• Professional user skills in the Microsoft Office suite, especially very good Excel skills and solid SAP SD knowledge
• Very good German and English skills, spoken and written; knowledge of a second foreign language is desirable
• Sound technical expertise with very good knowledge of our products and markets
• Good rhetorical skills, confident in written correspondence and service-oriented telephone communication
• Strong sense of responsibility, analytical and organizational skills, commitment, and especially flexibility, initiative, team spirit
