Apprenticeship Warehouse Logistics Specialist

You will learn in our state-of-the-art deep-freeze high-bay warehouses and in the shipping area the connections between production and the put-away and retrieval of our products. Loading and unloading trucks, including inspection and documentation of all loading processes, is also part of your apprenticeship. You will learn to use the various merchandise management systems in our company. You will acquire knowledge in rectifying mechanical faults in deep-freeze areas. Your apprenticeship pay is €1,105 in the 1st year, €1,175 in the 2nd year and €1,243 in the 3rd year. You get 28 days holiday during your apprenticeship. We give you a €1,000 subsidy for your driving licence. We also pay certificate bonuses of up to €150 for good vocational school performance. After 3 months you receive a voucher card worth up to €50 per month, e.g. for fuel, shopping etc. (can be saved). During the apprenticeship we cover the cost of your school books. And of course fresh baked goods for free consumption every day.

• You have a good secondary (Hauptschule) or intermediate (Realschule) school certificate
• You have confident German skills in speaking and writing
• For communication, e.g. with external drivers, you need basic English skills
• You enjoy working in a team
• You are also willing to work shifts at a later stage
