- You are aiming for specialist training (Facharzt-Ausbildung) in psychiatry and psychotherapy
- Willingness to take on responsibility
- Good IT skills
- Teamwork skills, flexibility, and very high social competence
- Commitment, ability to work independently
- German language skills, at least C1
