The Asklepios clinics in northern Hesse are looking for you for an apprenticeship as a healthcare business clerk (f/m/d). Start is from 01.08.2027.

• Get to know all facets of professional office management in a modern clinic and gain practical experience
• Acquire knowledge of modern office communication methods and use it successfully in daily work
• Use modern communication and application systems such as hospital information systems and MS Office for efficient office work
• Go through different departments such as patient management, reception, human resources, marketing and accounting
• You get the chance to experience the clinic up close through job shadowing in different departments (e.g. in the operating room or the central emergency room)
• Take on tasks and projects independently after intensive onboarding and keep building your professional skills

• Open-minded and responsible personality who has consciously chosen a business apprenticeship in healthcare
• Good Realschulabschluss, Abitur or Fachhochschulreife as a basis for starting an exciting career in hospital management
• Enjoyment of working with people and interest in working in a team-oriented environment
• High willingness to learn, teamwork and flexibility to find your way quickly in different departments
• Careful and structured way of working that allows you to complete tasks efficiently and accurately
