• Medical care of patients
• Creation of an individual therapy and treatment plan together with all other professional groups involved in early rehabilitation (nursing, therapeutic team, social service)
• Regular review of the treatment plan according to the progress made or complications encountered
• Active promotion of a good working atmosphere
• Leadership and coordination of the therapeutic team on the ward
• Participation and coordination of regular meetings of the therapeutic team
• Development and assurance of process and outcome quality

• Completed medical degree, with specialist training as a geriatrician or specialist training (internal medicine, general medicine) with additional qualification in geriatrics
• Enjoy working with geriatric patients
• Teamwork skills, professional commitment, and flexibility
• Preferably experience in geriatrics or a similar field
• Interest in geriatric medicine in its full complexity
• Dedication and flexibility in dealing with patients and relatives
• Willingness to initiate and actively participate in improvement processes
• German Approbation and very good German language skills
