• Assessment and treatment of patients with severe neurological conditions within the framework of early rehabilitation
• Creation of treatment plans in close coordination with the interprofessional team
• Independent planning and documentation of diagnostic and therapeutic services
• Active participation in team meetings and family discussions
• Provision of assistive devices, family guidance
• Involvement in the development, implementation and evaluation of new concepts
• Participation in further training and continuing education
• Willingness to work weekend and holiday shifts in early rehabilitation and on the Stroke Unit

• State recognition as a physiotherapist (m/f/d)
• additional qualifications and experience in Bobath, respiratory therapy, manual lymph drainage, and manual therapy, as well as in other specific procedures, are welcome
• experience in and/or interest in neurological early rehabilitation, Stroke Unit, acute neurology, and neurocritical care
• particular empathy in dealing with patients with complex neurological conditions and their relatives
• strong social skills, communication, and teamwork abilities
• commitment, reliability, resilience, and flexibility
