Insurance Specialist / Regional Insurance Representative, Property Insurance, Munich and Upper Bavaria Region

ATLAS is seeking an insurance specialist and regional representative for property insurance in Munich and Upper Bavaria. As a specialist contact, coach and strategic adviser, you will support financial advisers serving private, commercial and corporate clients and help develop regional sales.

• Support financial advisers with complex questions about property, general, commercial and corporate insurance and develop suitable solutions.
• Share specialist knowledge through training, workshops and events, support sales partners in their development and help improve the quality of advice and sales skills over time.
• Identify growth opportunities among private, commercial and corporate clients and carry out sales activities to develop business in the region.
• Attend selected client meetings, maintain regional networks and work closely with specialist departments at head office.

• Strong experience in insurance, specialist knowledge, an understanding of sales and strong advisory skills.
• Completed vocational training in insurance and finance, an advanced qualification in insurance, a business or economics degree specialising in insurance, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in insurance sales, broker support, sales support or customer advice, plus strong knowledge of property, general, commercial or corporate insurance.
• Enjoyment of helping people develop their professional skills, sharing knowledge and acting as a reliable adviser to support lasting sales success.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, a confident manner, business awareness and willingness to travel within Munich and Upper Bavaria.
