Working Student Construction and Maintenance

Autobahn GmbH des Bundes offers a one-year fixed-term position as a working student in construction and maintenance, starting at the earliest possible time. Pay follows pay group E4.

• Support in the organizational and technical guidance of projects in construction and maintenance of transport infrastructure
• Help with evaluating and preparing project and inventory data and documenting it in a structured way
• Help create and update planning, schedule and process documents
• Support in preparing tender and award documents (e.g. bills of quantities, evaluations)
• Help with coordination with internal departments and external project participants
• Take on supporting tasks in the day-to-day operations of project handling

• Enrolled student in a (university of applied sciences) degree program in civil engineering or a comparable field
• Successfully completed 3rd semester or higher
• Very good German skills (at least C1 level)
• Proficient knowledge of standard MS Office software
• Desirable: Confident use of common MS Office applications (especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Desirable: Optional first experience with CAD and AVA software
