Working Student Partner Management IPAI

Do you want to actively and hands-on shape the development of IPAI? As an innovation platform for applied AI, we aim to successfully bring artificial intelligence into application in companies and institutions. We create a space for successful AI transformation and collaboration, generating further momentum for a true AI hotspot in Europe. Become part of the IPAI Partner Management team and actively shape the onboarding and development of our partners in the AI ecosystem together with us. You support the operationalization of partnerships, take on initial projects independently, and work closely with various departments. We are looking for a team-oriented personality who is eager to drive the AI future in Germany forward as a working student (m/w/d)!

• Actively accompany the entire partner lifecycle in operational partner management and support the support and control of companies of various partner categories
• Take responsibility for structured pipeline management and maintain our CRM system to ensure high data quality and full transparency across all acquisition phases
• Support the identification, analysis, and evaluation of potential AI partners and help systematically integrate them into our ecosystem
• Contribute to tracking target achievements and prepare decision-making bases and presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders
• Work on the further development of formats for monetization and orchestration of our partner landscape and actively shape the IPAI ecosystem

• You are enrolled in a relevant field of study such as economics, business informatics, business administration, or a comparable discipline
• You work in a highly structured and conscientious manner and have a strong affinity for data maintenance and process discipline
• You have ideally already gained initial practical experience in sales support, account management, or in an operational role in a start-up or tech environment
• You are passionate about IT topics and want to actively shape the future of artificial intelligence in the IPAI environment
• You have strong analytical skills and communicate confidently in German and English
• You are a reliable team player, work independently, consistently meet deadlines, and are open to feedback
