• Project management: You actively support our team in planning, coordinating and implementing the group-wide climate strategy.
• Analysis: You conduct independent research on the competitive environment and derive relevant trends and best practices.
• Reporting: You help with the continuous collection, preparation and evaluation of data for our climate reporting.
• Communication: You participate in diverse communication tasks and support placing our climate topics optimally internally and externally.
• Support: You take on your own subtasks in daily operations and assist in preparing and following up on committee meetings.

• You are in an advanced degree program in sustainability management, environmental management or a comparable course of study with a strong focus on climate and environmental topics.
• You are passionate about sustainability, show a high degree of self-motivation and are eager to actively shape things.
• You are characterized by a very structured, reliable and independent way of working.
• You are confident and experienced in using common Google Workspace applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• You are a strong communicator, have a quick grasp and enjoy working in a dynamic, agile environment.
