About this Apprenticeship
Support the international HR Service Delivery area with its digital transformation and help coordinate global systems, training materials and rollouts. Starting immediately for 6 months.
What You'll Learn
- Help optimize our user guides, presentations and eLearning modules for top quality and a consistent look
- Support maintaining product roadmaps in Jira, creating management decks and communicating release plans across teams
- Capture country-specific requirements, accompany meetings and help with the rollout of digital HR products
- Contribute ideas for news articles, support editorial planning and organize our digital workspaces
Requirements
- Studies* in business administration, (business) informatics, human resources management or a comparable degree program
- Enjoy working in an international team environment
- First knowledge of Google Workspace, Jira and modern AI documentation tools (e.g. Gemini, NotebookLM) is an advantage
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
