Apprenticeship as Automotive Mechatronics Technician

An apprenticeship at one of our Mothor or Thormann car dealerships means first-class preparation for your future professional life. We particularly care about keeping our trainees in the company after their apprenticeship or dual study program and growing together over the years.

Diagnostic, maintenance, retrofitting, conversion, and retrofitting work on motor vehicles. Maintenance and repair. Dismantling and assembling components. Diagnosing and calibrating vehicle systems. Updating systems and test equipment with new software.

You should become an automotive mechatronics technician if you wonder what happens under the hood – and really want to find out. If you enjoy solving problems and like working with tools. If you prefer to get stuck in rather than just watch. Also helpful: technical understanding and manual dexterity, interest in cars and modern vehicle technology, good grades in math and physics, accuracy and sense of responsibility, enjoyment of teamwork.
