Nursing Specialist Night Shift

For our team at the Ella-Ehlers-Haus care facility, we are looking for a nursing specialist for night duty (m/f/d) starting immediately or by arrangement. The weekly working hours are between 27 and 36 hours on a part-time basis. The position is permanent. The Ella-Ehlers-Haus is an interculturally open geriatric care facility with 100 places in short-term and full inpatient care as well as an attached day care with 13 places. Residents are cared for according to a holistic, activating, and resident-centered approach.

• Assumption and control of care processes including: – SIS and care planning – Care documentation supported by a digital care documentation system
• Assumption of shift leader duties – Basic and medical treatment care – Responsibility for medication administration – Accompaniment of medical diagnostics and therapy
• Participation in the further development of quality management

• Completed training as a geriatric nurse, health and nurse, or nursing specialist
• Experience in inpatient geriatric care
• Experience in dealing with residents suffering from dementia
• Customer and service orientation
• Ability to work independently
• High willingness to perform
• Observation and perception skills
