What You'll Learn
- Customer advice on insurance questions by phone, email or digital
- You accompany colleagues to customer appointments and take on first own consultations
- Learn comprehensive knowledge about insurance products in a varied working environment
Requirements
- Legal age at start of apprenticeship
- A-levels, technical college entrance qualification, very good secondary school diploma or university dropout
- Good German skills (ideally min. C1 level so you can follow lessons and practice well)
- Sociability and teamwork
- Willingness to learn, ambition and curiosity
- Driving licence class B
