• You complete your training alternating between practical phases at the R+V site in Stuttgart and theory phases at the commercial school 1 in Stuttgart.
• In the practical phases, in the first year you gain varied insights into different insurance departments through our pool training; from the second year you start in a fixed department, are individually supported and take on responsibility.
• You learn everything important about insurance, from customer service to processing claims and benefit applications.
• You learn how to assess individual risks and create tailored insurance solutions.
• During a placement in field sales you gain extra practical experience in direct customer contact and insight into the varied tasks of our sales team.
• Together with the other apprentices you take part in seminars and workshops in which you develop your professional and personal skills.

• (Technical) Abitur or good Realschule qualification
• Team spirit and enjoyment of working with people
• Openness to digital tools and desire to learn new things
• Independent and responsible way of working
• Good understanding of text and numbers and secure spelling
