University Internship Digital Supply Chain Solutions

For the summer semester 2027 we are looking for a student intern for the Digital Supply Chain Solutions team at the Tuttlingen site in the central Supply Chain Management department, someone who wants not only to get to know digital solutions but to actively shape them. Together we work with SAP, SQL, Power BI and the Microsoft Power Platform on concrete supply chain questions. From the start you take responsibility for your own work packages and contribute your ideas directly to our projects.

• You work on real digitalisation projects in supply chain management and support our team in developing practical digital solutions from professional requirements
• You further develop key figures, dashboards and analysis tools, creating transparency for operational and strategic decisions
• You combine data from SAP, SQL databases and other sources, check their quality and present them clearly and understandably
• You analyse existing processes and automate recurring workflows, for example with Power Automate, Power Apps and numerous other tools
• You contribute to the development and testing of AI use cases in supply chain management and help create measurable practical benefits from new technologies
• You take on your own clearly defined project or work package, from idea and conception through implementation and testing to documentation and presentation of your results

• You are studying (Business) Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Digital Technology and Consulting, Data Science, Business Administration with a focus on Supply Chain or a comparable degree programme and want to apply your knowledge in practice
• You are interested in digitalisation, data, processes and supply chain management. First practical experience is welcome
• Knowledge in one or more of the following areas is an advantage: SAP, SQL, Power BI, Microsoft 365, Power Apps, Power Automate and Python
• You have very good German skills (at least B2/C1)
• You have good English skills and feel comfortable in an international working environment
• You enjoy understanding real challenges and making a visible improvement with digital solutions
• You work independently and in a structured way, ask actively and take responsibility for your topics
• You are curious about new technologies, like to try things out and learn quickly from feedback
• You like working in a team, communicate openly and contribute your own ideas and new perspectives
