University Internship in Event Management

Internship in event management in Corporate Communications at the Melsungen site, starting March 2027 for six months.

• You support the Corporate Events department in planning, organizing and running events
• You independently handle participant management, briefing creation, communication with service providers and on-site organization
• You gain insight into using event management software, creating run sheets, program modules, moderation guides and cost calculation

• You preferably study communication studies, cultural studies, humanities or economics, or have a comparable qualification
• First knowledge of communication, marketing or agency work is an advantage
• Confident use of German and English, spoken and written, and MS Office is required
• A self-reliant, proactive and structured way of working is natural for you
• You have good communication skills, organizational talent and teamwork ability
