Building Services Maintenance Technician

B. Braun Avitum Saxonia GmbH is hiring building services maintenance technicians for the Production/Facility Management department at its Radeberg plant, initially on a temporary contract.

• Look after utility systems, such as air conditioning, compressed air and purified water systems, while meeting quality, GMP and cost requirements
• Monitor external service providers to ensure maintenance, servicing and repairs meet deadlines and quality standards
• Help ensure utility supplies are always available in the required quality and quantity
• Independently carry out equipment inspection rounds according to the applicable documents
• Identify and report needs for spare parts, wear parts and standard components
• Help investigate deviations and carry out suitable measures
• Act as a contact for production colleagues with technical faults and questions

• You have completed technical or trade vocational training, ideally in a trade that meets the requirements for qualification or appointment as a qualified electrician (EFK).
• You have practical and theoretical knowledge of the construction and operation of technical utility systems.
• You have some experience in a manufacturing company and in looking after and maintaining technical equipment.
• You are confident using common MS Office applications and willing to support the Berggießhübel site and occasionally work weekends.
• You see yourself as a service provider for production and focus on customer needs.
• You work with strong technical understanding, creativity and a methodical approach.
• You identify problems, focus on solutions and work well in a team.
• You work independently and in a structured way, focusing on results and processes, and have a strong analytical understanding of processes.
