Legal Counsel Corporate Legal Department

For the corporate legal department in the central HR and Legal division, B. Braun in Melsungen is looking for a lawyer (f/m/d) as soon as possible. The department provides legal advice to the B. Braun Group and works closely with international group companies.

• You advise the B. Braun Group on key legal questions and help protect company interests.
• You support the development and legally secure design of national and international group structures.
• You support strategic and operational decisions with sound legal expertise.
• You promote successful cooperation between group companies, departments and international legal departments.
• You make an important contribution to implementing the group strategy in an international business environment.
• You advise on commercial and corporate law and on group structures in Germany and abroad.
• You support other central divisions and the operating business in legal matters.
• You draft, review and negotiate contracts along the entire value chain.
• You coordinate cooperation with international legal departments within the group.
• You manage and oversee external law firms as the central contact person.
• You support legal projects with an international dimension and ensure practical implementation.

• You have passed two state law exams with above-average results and are a fully qualified lawyer (f/m/d).
• Ideally you bring at least two years of experience in a business-oriented law firm or an in-house position.
• You have sound knowledge of corporate, group and contract law.
• Experience in medical device or pharmaceutical law is an advantage.
• You have negotiation experience and impress with a solution-oriented way of working.
• You communicate confidently in German and English, both orally and in writing.
• You work independently, take responsibility and are business-minded and a team player.
