• You are the organisational link between customers, insurance brokers and the head office within a BarmeniaGothaer agency
• You are responsible for preparing and following up customer appointments
• You support the agency manager and, where applicable, other customer advisers with administration
• You take in insurance claims and ensure smooth claims handling
• Together with the agency team, you take measures to retain customers and run campaigns to expand the customer base

• You have completed training as an insurance and finance clerk, have completed comparable commercial training, or want to start as a career changer
• You have a sense for sales and enjoy talking to customers
• Administrative tasks come easily to you
• You act with customer focus and are full of initiative
• You organise yourself with digital tools and so always keep an overview
