Apprenticeship as Insurance and Financial Investment Clerk (Office-Based)

Three-year apprenticeship at the Göttingen site in the office-based teams of the business areas special insurance, health insurance and life insurance. You get hands-on practice and are supported by a strong team of fellow apprentices, colleagues and trainers. You learn to process contracts and portfolios precisely and to find your way confidently in everyday service work.

• At our Göttingen site you complete your three-year apprenticeship in the office-based teams of the various business areas (special insurance, health insurance and life insurance).
• During your training you experience hands-on practice. We don't leave you alone! You are accompanied by a strong team of fellow apprentices, colleagues and your trainers. They support you with advice and help with all your questions.
• You learn how to precisely identify customer needs, create offers, assess risks and calculate insurance rates. This also includes, for example, how to settle insurance claims or communicate with customers and departments.
• With our extensive apprentice seminars we get you ready for your final exam.
• In good time before your final exam we plan your future with us in the group together with you.

• You have your school-leaving certificate (Mittlere Reife or higher) and want to get started in practice. Even if you drop out of university or have started another apprenticeship, you can arrive and get started with us!
• You enjoy advising people and showing them solutions.
• You are enthusiastic about digital topics and find using modern digital tools easy.
• You stand out through strong communication skills and a very good way of expressing yourself.
• You enjoy pitching in within a friendly team.
